• Pet packages, manifests, spritesheets, descriptions, author details, source links, licenses, and related metadata that you submit.

Why we process it

We use this information to operate the site, authenticate users, prevent abuse, validate and review uploads, publish approved content, respond to rights and privacy requests, and understand site performance when analytics consent is granted.

Cookies and local storage

Essential storage supports login sessions, security, interface preferences, and your privacy choice. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept all”. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer and withdraw optional consent.

Analytics and advertising

With consent, Codex Pet may use Google Analytics and a privacy-focused site analytics service to measure visits and improve the site. These services may process cookies, device information, IP addresses, page URLs, and similar identifiers.

Codex Pet may participate in Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Advertising is not currently loaded by the site code while compliance and placement controls are being completed. If advertising is enabled, required consent controls and page exclusions will apply before ad requests are made.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, and object storage services. Email delivery and analytics providers process only the information needed for their services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account and submission data while needed to operate the service, resolve moderation or rights issues, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Rejected or removed submissions may be retained for a limited audit period. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free.

Children and sensitive data

Codex Pet is a developer resource and is not directed to children. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing info@codexpet.xyz. You can reject optional analytics without losing access to core site features.
